A Genuine, Person-First Approach
Most senior living communities rely solely on outside hospice agencies for end-of-life care. We do things differently.
Full Circle Care™ is our own dedicated program, woven directly into the fabric of our community. All of our staff—from housekeeping and community life to spiritual care and nursing—are trained in the Full Circle Care model.
The Doula Difference
We are proud to be one of the only long-term care organizations to offer trained End-of-Life Doulas (both staff and volunteers).
Our Doulas work hand-in-hand with clinical hospice teams, acting as advocates and guides. They bridge the gaps in care, communicate what matters most to the resident, and ensure that the focus remains on comfort, dignity, and the resident’s own voice.
Compassion in Every Detail
Our whole-person focus ensures that we support the emotional, spiritual, and practical needs of both our residents and their families.
- A Compassionate Presence: Gentle conversations about fears, hopes, and meaningful wishes. We respect all faith traditions and cultural values.
- Bedside Vigils: We ensure that residents are never alone during the active dying process, offering a steady, quiet presence to support loved ones.
- Integrative Therapies: Enhancing physical and emotional comfort through hand and foot massages, essential oils, and guided imagery.
- Care Coordination: Seamless collaboration between our community staff, Doulas, and outside hospice teams to ensure consistent, high-quality medical oversight.
- The Butterfly Send-Off Ceremony: A beautiful tradition honoring the resident, family, and staff after death. We celebrate the caregiving journey by respectfully escorting the resident out the front door.

We are dedicated to lifting up the entire family and our broader community by offering resources that demystify the end-of-life journey.
Through ongoing education and a robust volunteer network, we aim to transform fear into understanding, providing a circle of support that extends far beyond the bedside.
Lunch & Learn Opportunities
We believe in reducing the fear and anxiety surrounding death through education. Full Circle Care offers informal, hosted presentations led by our trained End-of-Life Doulas.
These sessions focus on the emotional journey of dying and how to provide compassionate support.
Volunteer Program
Our trained end-of-life doula volunteers extend our compassionate presence beyond daytime hours.
They coordinate our flower donation program, facilitate meditation groups, and spend meaningful, quiet time with our residents.
